We are beginning to learn about penguins. We watched a video about them and then recorded what we know and wonder about penguins.

In math, we are learning about the different ways to make 5 (ie. 1 and 4, 2 and 3, 5 and 0). We listened to the song, "5 ranitas con manchitas" (5 little speckled frogs) and practiced showing 5, using double-sided counter chips.
